What a standard build includes
Not included: calls or messages with your clients, ads, copywriting, data imports, integrations that need client logins, phone numbers and A2P registration, custom code or API work.
- Your snapshot loaded into the client's sub-account
- Business details, up to 3 calendars and 3 users, one pipeline and forms configured from your intake sheet
- Up to 8 workflows from your templates filled in (names, dates, links, sender, merge fields), switched on and tested
- Up to 5 snapshot pages updated with the client's name, logo, colors, contact details and supplied text
- Email sending authenticated on the client's domain, when you or the client provide DNS access
- Your QA checklist (up to 30 items) completed, plus three dummy contacts through each workflow branch
- A recorded handover to you, never to your client

Within the limits above. First two builds paid upfront, then invoiced net 7.

Custom workflow pack: $250 for up to 5 additional workflows. Snapshot fixes, new workflow logic, data imports and integrations are quoted before work starts.
How your clients are protected
I need collaborator access to each client sub-account (no shared passwords), your snapshot, naming conventions and QA checklist, and a completed intake sheet per client.

Who runs it
I'm Ronald Gantz, a US-based HighLevel builder working evenings and weekends. I built and run Minute Five's own site and booking system in HighLevel. I spent more than ten years serving business clients in a regulated, deadline-driven industry, so I document as I go and follow your process rather than inventing my own.
Questions
Will you ever contact my clients?
No. The non-solicit covers 12 months, and all communication goes through you.
Can you work from my snapshot?
Yes; that's the standard build. If you don't have one, I build from your written standard and you approve it before the first client.
What turnaround can I expect?
We agree a delivery date when you send each build, based on its scope and my current queue. Bench requests are acknowledged within one business day.
Do you handle A2P registration?
I can prepare the registration steps in the sub-account; the client's details and the carriers' approval are outside my control.
Are you HighLevel certified?
Not currently. Every build comes with your checklist completed and a test log.
How do we pay?
By invoice: the first two builds upfront, then net 7. The bench is billed monthly in advance.
