Terms of Service

Effective October 30, 2026

These terms govern your use of minutefive.com, app.minutefive.com, links.minutefive.com, and any forms, calendars, messages, or other tools operated by Minute Five ("Minute Five," "we," "us"). By using them, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.

1. Our services

Minute Five builds and operates client intake and follow-up systems for professional service firms. Paid services are provided under a separate written agreement with each client. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls.

2. No legal or professional advice

Minute Five is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Messages, forms, and automated responses sent through systems we operate for a law firm do not create an attorney-client relationship with Minute Five. Any attorney-client relationship is solely between you and the firm.

3. Client accounts

Clients and their users are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential, for all activity under their accounts, and for the accuracy of the content and contact lists they provide. Each client is responsible for its own compliance with laws and professional rules that apply to it, including attorney advertising and solicitation rules, and for approving message templates before use.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our services to:

  • Send messages to anyone who has not given the consent required by law
  • Send spam or unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or infringing content
  • Interfere with, probe, or overload our systems or those of our providers
  • Access accounts or data you are not authorized to access

We may suspend access that violates these terms or puts our systems or others at risk.

5. Text messages

If you opt in to text messages, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how mobile information is handled.

6. Third-party services

Our services rely on third-party platforms, including HighLevel, telecommunications carriers, email providers, and payment processors. Their terms also apply, and we are not responsible for their availability or performance.

7. Intellectual property

We own our website content, templates, workflows, and system designs. Clients own their own data and content. Subject to a client's agreement, clients receive a license to use the systems we build for them while their service is active.

8. Disclaimers

Our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee any particular result, including the number of inquiries, booked consultations, or retained clients. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Minute Five is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify Minute Five against claims arising from your content, your messages to your contacts, or your violation of these terms or applicable law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania.

12. Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept it.
