HighLevel Fix & Finish · for business owners

Paying for HighLevel, but the follow-up still isn't happening?

I repair one complete path inside your own account — new lead, booked call, reminders and follow-up — then test it and hand it over with a video and a written runbook. $750 fixed for accounts that qualify after a free 15-minute review.

Sound familiar?

  • Forms submit, but nothing shows up in your pipeline
  • Booking confirmations or reminders don't send
  • No-shows and people who didn't buy never hear from you again
  • Workflows are half-built, duplicated or switched off
  • Your emails land in spam because the sending domain was never set up
  • You've watched the tutorials and still don't trust it to run on its own

What's included

One complete path, rebuilt cleanly and documented. Exact limits are listed in your written scope.

Not included: ads, website design, sales copywriting beyond plain templates, Zapier or custom API work, course or membership migration, and changes after the 14-day window. Texting steps are set up only if your own texting registration is already approved; approval is decided by the carriers.

  • A 30-minute kickoff and a written audit of the path being fixed
  • Lead capture: one form or funnel opt-in → contact record → tags
  • Pipeline: one pipeline with up to 6 stages that match how you sell
  • Booking: one calendar with availability, confirmation, two reminders and no-show follow-up
  • Follow-up: three emails after the call for people who didn't buy, plus a notification to you for every new lead and booking
  • Email sending set up on your domain (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
  • Testing with three dummy contacts through every branch, with a test log
  • Handover: a 10-minute recorded walkthrough and a one-page runbook
  • 14 days of fixes for anything in scope that breaks

How it works

  1. 15-minute review.

You show me what's set up; I tell you plainly whether Fix & Finish fits.

  2. Written scope and price.

One page listing exactly what will be built. Nothing starts until you approve it.

  3. Build and test.

Timeline agreed in your written scope — usually 2–3 weeks after you give access and approve message copy.

  4. Handover.

Video, runbook and test log. You sign off; I remove my access unless you choose the care plan.

Pricing

Fix & Finish — $750 fixed for qualifying accounts

The free review confirms whether your account fits the standard scope: one sub-account, native HighLevel features, one path. Larger or more complex accounts get a written quote first.

50% to start, 50% at handover, by secure invoice link. Anything beyond the written scope is quoted and approved in writing before work.

Founding price: $600 for the first two clients, in exchange for a short testimonial and permission to show anonymized before-and-after screenshots.

Optional after handover: Care plan — $149/month

Monthly health check (failed workflows, bounced emails, calendar sync), up to 60 minutes of changes, and a short summary. Month to month; cancel with 30 days' notice.

A good fit if you

  • Already pay for HighLevel
  • Sell through booked calls or consultations
  • Have one clear path that should be working and isn't
  • Make the decision yourself

Not a fit if you

  • Want ads or lead generation
  • Need texting to people who never contacted you
  • Already have an agency managing your account — talk to them first; agencies can bring me in through For agencies

Who runs it

I'm Ronald Gantz. I run Minute Five, and I built this site and its booking system in HighLevel myself. Before Minute Five, I spent more than ten years serving business clients in a regulated, deadline-driven industry, where documentation and getting the details right weren't optional. That's how I build: written scope, tested work, nothing left half-configured.

Questions

Do I need to change my HighLevel plan?

No. I work inside your account on the plan you already have.

What if more than one thing is broken?

The review identifies it. Fix & Finish covers one complete path; anything beyond it is quoted separately, in writing, before any work.

Does every account qualify for the $750 price?

No. Accounts with several sub-accounts, migrations, integrations, payments or heavily customized automations get a written quote after the review, or a referral if it isn't a fit.

Do you set up texting?

I configure texting steps only when your own texting registration (A2P 10DLC) is approved. I can explain the process, but the carriers decide approval and timing.

Will you need my password?

No. You add me as a user, and I'm removed at handover.

What happens if something breaks after handover?

Anything in scope is fixed free for 14 days. After that, the care plan covers monthly checks and small changes.

Are you a HighLevel Certified Admin?

Not currently. Every project includes a written scope, a test log and a runbook, so you can check the work yourself.

How do I pay?

By secure invoice link: half to start, half at handover.

We'll look at your current setup and decide together whether Fix & Finish fits. If it doesn't, I'll say so. It helps to have a screenshot of your pipeline and the workflow that isn't working.
