Privacy Policy

Effective October 30, 2026

Minute Five ("Minute Five," "we," "us") builds and runs client intake and follow-up systems for professional service firms, including law firms. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Two roles we play

  1. Our own business. When you visit minutefive.com, contact us, book a call, or become a client, we decide how your information is used. This policy covers that information.
  2. Systems we run for our clients. When we operate an intake system for a client firm, the firm controls the information its prospects and clients submit. We process it only on the firm's instructions and under our agreement with the firm. If you contacted one of our client firms, that firm's privacy policy applies, and you should direct requests to the firm.

Information we collect

  • Information you give us: name, email, phone number, business name, job title, and anything you include in a form, email, text message, or call.
  • Client account information: billing contact and payment details. Payments are handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
  • Automatic information: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and similar data collected through cookies and analytics tools when you use our website or links.
  • Communications records: messages, call logs, and appointment records created when you interact with us or with systems we operate.

How we use information

  • To respond to inquiries, schedule calls, and provide our services
  • To send service messages, reminders, and updates you request
  • To send marketing emails, with an unsubscribe link in every message
  • To bill clients, keep records, and meet legal obligations
  • To secure, maintain, and improve our services

Text messages (SMS)

If you provide your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we or a client firm may text you about your inquiry, appointments, and related follow-up. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

This excludes service providers that help us deliver messages, such as our messaging platform and telecommunications carriers.

How we share information

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only:

  • With service providers that run our business, such as our CRM and messaging platform (HighLevel), email hosting, payment processing, and scheduling tools, under confidentiality obligations
  • With the client firm whose system you contacted
  • When required by law or subpoena, or to protect rights and safety
  • In connection with a merger, sale, or transfer of our business, subject to this policy

Cookies

Our website and tracking links use cookies to remember preferences and measure traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features may not work without them.

Retention and security

We keep information for as long as needed to provide services, meet our agreements with client firms, and comply with legal and tax obligations, then delete or anonymize it. We use access controls, encryption in transit, and reputable vendors to protect information, but no system is completely secure.

Your choices and rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, or to stop marketing messages. Unsubscribe from email using the link in any message, and reply STOP to stop texts. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy law. For information we hold on behalf of a client firm, we will forward your request to that firm.

Children

Our services are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
